Dr. Parker is a dedicated veterinarian whose journey began with an externship experience in Las Vegas, NV during her final year of veterinary school. She fell in love with the area’s beautiful scenery and abundance of outdoor activities, and she embarked on a career path fueled by her love for animals and commitment to their well-being.
Dr. Parker earned her Bachelor’s in Animal Science at Louisana Tech University and then received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. Upon graduation, Dr. Parker wasted no time immersing herself in the field. She has been working in the Las Vegas area for three years.
In March 2024, Dr. Parker began working with Park Animal Hospital, where she continues to thrive as an Associate Veterinarian. She is passionate about being a voice for her patients and helping communicate their needs to their pet parents while providing the best course of action for their wellbeing.
Dr. Parker’s special interests include small animal internal medicine, dermatology, ultrasound, and soft tissue surgery, embodying her unwavering commitment to comprehensive pet care.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Parker enjoys outdoor adventures, and practicing photography. With her family and cherished dogs by her side, she enjoys traveling and exploring the wonders of nature, ticking off U.S. National Parks and other scenic destinations along the way.
