Dr. Danita Reese

Veterinarian

Growing up on my grandparents' farm instilled in me a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of animal and human health. Witnessing their dedication to the well-being of our livestock, I realized early on the pivotal role veterinarians play in safeguarding both animal and human welfare. This realization ignited my passion for veterinary medicine.

After graduating from Tuskegee University, I embarked on a fulfilling career dedicated to the care and welfare of animals. My journey began at Critter Fixer Animal Hospital in Bonaire, Georgia, where I had the privilege of working alongside, Dr. Hodges and Dr. Ferguson. Their guidance and expertise laid a solid foundation for my professional growth.

In 2012, I joined the compassionate team at Sunridge Animal Hospital in South Henderson. I've had the honor of serving the community by providing comprehensive veterinary care with a focus on internal medicine and soft tissue surgeries. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is witnessing the joy on both pet owners' faces and their furry companions when they leave our clinic healthier and happier.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work and community service initiatives. When I'm not in the clinic, you can find me cherishing quality moments with my loved ones and indulging in my passion for music and dancing.

As a veterinarian here at Park Animal Hospital, I am driven by a steadfast commitment to enhancing the lives of both animals and the people who cherish them. Each day presents an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, and I am grateful for the privilege to serve and advocate for the well-being of our beloved furry friends.
