Dear DR. Dominic Cacioppo, Deonna,Leah, and staff.

Rick and I want to thank you all for the exceptional care that was given to Dudley. we appreciate and thank you all for the help in trying to cure him. Especially Deonna and Leah who helped me do what was necessary, by having the paper work ready for me to sign for Dudley. They were so compassionate while I waited in the room with Dudley. and I am so relieved that Dudley is not suffering any more. Ihad a peace off mind as I left no matter how sad and heavy my heart felt. I’m grateful that I will have his ashes, so he will have a special place in my home. I will know that one day I will see him again, when my time comes to go home to God. So may God Bless all of you beautiful and caring people who took care off Dudley with the treatments, and  which ever Dr. yesterday helped him go in peace yesterday.
